Stormy Times

The news is full of the fallout from the Rich Man's Budget, that the Tories tossed off yesterday. My eyes were drawn, though, to the utter rage coming from the Twitter Feed of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds @RSPBEngland. 

I've spent the day in the garden, taking out some of the deadwood at the bottom of the garden. It's remarkable how extensive the evergreens grow and we've filled five tonne bags to take to the tip next week. 

By the time we'd stopped for the day the light had gone... I was taken with the increasingly stormy sky, and I took this shot. It feels right for the times. There may be trouble ahead... bring on the moonlight, and music, and love, and romance...
