Top deck spring
Much time on buses today. I started off at Haymarket Yards, looking out on the trains toing and froing at the station. Odd isn't it that the station name is bilingual as a) Edinburgh was never a Gaelic speaking area and b) Gaelic is not the second language of Scotland any more, probably less more, than the Doric or increasing Polish. There were many biscuits and wee macaroons. We did an exercise on social networks. Just confirmed what is missing in mine.
Back to the office via collecting tickets at the station and a curtain rail at JL.
More G24 in the office and then up to see Jon for the 6 weekly makeover.
I took the long way home. You see a lot more from the top deck, tulips out in Princes Street Gardens and here the new green leaves of horse chestnut breaking through in Morningside. It looks like spring is finally here. Snow, and heavy rain, forecast tomorrow. Ne'er cast a cloot .......
