A 3 Salsa Night
I spent the evening making three different kinds of salsa for a Cinco de Mayo Burrito Bar we are having at work.
It was a lot of chopping, dicing, mixing, blending, cooking, stirring but it was worth it.
The Tamatillo Salsa is a bit on the spicy side. I only used one Serrano pepper but it was enough for the small batch I made.
