Park & Camp

I spotted this tent in the corner of the park and ride lot adjacent to Hwy 78. I'm pretty certain it is illegal to pitch a tent within the city limits like this, but it was still there when I returned from my bike ride to Vista. I didn't see anyone in the vicinity either on my way out nor back, so there is no telling what will happen.
