Tenby and Caldey Island

Today was our 33rd wedding anniversary.
I am so grateful to have a kind and loving husband.

We had a wonderful day out together at Tenby and took the boat to Caldey Island where we’d never been before.
It’s a beautiful island and very interesting. There’s a monastery there where the monks make chocolate (very nice) and perfume.
The highlight of our day were the red squirrel sightings. We’ve had several trips to different places in the last year to try and see red squirrels and never seen any. Today we saw lots, in the trees and running about on the grass!

We cooked a steak dinner in the evening which has become an anniversary tradition of ours.
