Play doh

I went to aqua aerobics today, rather against my better judgement as I’m not sure it’s the best thing to do given my various aches and pains which seem to be steadily getting worse. We had a new instructor and happily the class was less strenuous than usual and I came out feeling much better than when I went in. That’s always a bonus! Helped by having lunch after with some friends. I went round to see Amy tonight. The children were a delight. Here’s little L playing with her play doh.
