New Driving Licence!

12°C  -  9 mph WNW Wind Speed  -16 mph Gusts  -  Overcast.  Great start to the day with delivery of my new Driving Licence with my Glasgow address and a request to cut my old one in half and return it to the Driving Licence Agency  -  see my blip with some very careless obliterations!
