Lifting, or not lifting

I was getting ready to snap the colorful fire hydrant when this cute little dog appeared in the scene. I thought I would wait for the dog to lift a leg and take a leak, that would give me a great funny blip.

But it didn't happen ... because this adorable furry dog was a little girl! A biological break was taken, just not on the fire hydrant.

I laughed with the owner of the dog, explaining what I had expected. Martha the little dog was very friendly, and not offended by my original anatomical mistake.
