On the fence!

This male house sparrow landed on the fence and just looked around. I couldn't believe it was so close and didn't fly off when I turned the camera on. This is the closest shot I ever took without zooming way in to get a capture. It was another truly awesome day and some friends came to visit. We enjoyed a little lunch, a little shopping and a little walking about.
