We went for a short drive this morning to a couple of tourist shops and one of them sold yummy apple fritters.  We bought some and went and sat at a beach to eat one.  Then we found a rest stop further down the road that had some beautiful waterfalls. It was also marked as the halfway point on the Trans Canada Highway which is a highway that runs the entire length of Canada.  In the afternoon we took our chairs and books to the beach and enjoyed the sun and listened to the waves.  A walk in the evening during sunset finished off the day.
