Thursday

Taken on the way back from therapy. A very fast walk home, mind occupied. 
I am going through so much with medication changes and feel all over the place with moods and emotions.  We talked about something in therapy that I comfortable with and then all of a sudden it triggered something else and I dissociated and felt completely different. It went a bit downhill from there. 
I left and felt unsettled. It took me by surprise how I changed and the reaction was so strong. 
Therapy is the big unknown at times.
