The Warwick Vase

Mark and I went to see the Burrell Collection today.  It was the first time I had seen it since the building was re-vamped.  I used to have a postcard of the Warwick  Vase on the notice board in my office when I worked at Edinburgh College.  Apparently it was not considered of “sufficient archaeological value”  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warwick_Vase  to be held in the British Museum so the Burrell Collection got it.  I don’t care if it wasn’t good enough for the British Museum, I like it.
