Tooting Common: Sparrowhawk!

More uncommon (on the common) in large
Extra: Wary watery wood pigeon

Not my finest photo (of the day), but this is the first time that I've spotted a sparrowhawk in London, so it had to be my blip... It flew over the pond on Tooting Common twice while I was photographing pigeons and a mandarin; I only caught it out of the corner of my eye on its first pass and I suspected a kestrel, but the second flyover let me check closer.
The (flightless?) wood pigeon mooching the woods would have been my blip otherwise, or perhaps the heron sharing its low branch with 6 terrapins.
