Silver DofE

MightyMouse is doing his Silver DofE. He doesn’t play an instrument and he wasn’t sure what to offer for a skill. And he chose cooking.

So he’s slowly been learning different dishes. Photos are the evidence he has to submit. And this is todays bacon risotto. I thought it was yummy. If he goes to university, he’ll be better equipped than some of his older brothers and sisters, but equally, his expectations may be set too high :-))

Saw two friends separately today. Nice to see them both - C was having laptop nightmares though so I delivered her to work which meant I was around the corner from A, so I saw her too. It felt very free and liberating.
