Eye of the storm

A great abstract theme and how kind of the weather to provide an abstract (ish) shot for today.

We had a very gentle meditation last night, as the Tuesday afternoon one left two people in tears.  It wasn't intentional and we were told to keep ourselves safe and not stray too far.  We had to think of joy, then sad, anger and fear, going back to joy after sad, angry and happy.

This morning we had our first meeting at the stroke public advisory group which we found interesting, and then my guitar lesson.

And frustrating telephone calls chasing people who haven't refunded money they promised or taken money they shouldn't have!  Grrrrrhhh!!!!!
