Fully Loaded Nachos

Popped out today for a fairly brief but still very excellent tapas lunch date with the ever delightful Ruth. Haven't seen her since the pre-COVID times so it was an absolute pleasure to catch up, even if she did eat all the fully loaded nachos... :P
