One of the views looking down from the rooftop bar at the Johnnie Walker Experience in Princes Street. A friend and I did the ‘Journey of Flavour Experience’ this afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. The website describes it as an immersive journey through the 200 year old history of the world’s best selling whisky which really doesn’t give a lot away but it involves being led by a guide through a series of colourful rooms drinking three whisky concoctions on the way, it was good fun!
