The Funeral

Spent the day watching much more of the funeral processions than I’d intended, but it proved to be very compelling. I know it’s all been said already but it was impressive how well organised it all was and just how much pomp and ceremony can be squeezed into a few hours! I must admit I was all pomped out by the time the service at Windsor had finished and desperately needed to get out the house, so popped out for an short walk before dinner. What a day - now we’ll have to get back to the real world. And start saving for the coronation!
