Light in the Tunnel

This blip is from a walk - a round trip to the farm shop (extra) and back (main blip). I decided to take yesterday's diagnosis as a kick in the backside reminder to do more for my health, as in going for walks regularly and losing weight. 

P bought lots of organic gummy bears in the farm shop - for himself and as gifts to his colleagues - while I just got fresh fruit and veg. 

It's a beginning.
