Not Taking Umbrage With Umpteen Umbels
Today's image was taken in our back garden and these are called umbels. They are the yellowish green flowers of mature ivy plants which appear as small dome-shaped clusters between September and November.
It took me ages to try to get a good shot as there were so many of them and trying to get an agreeable composition and the light in the right place was proving quite frustrating but in the end I managed to get this one shot that I was happy with.
