Devil's Coach Horse (Ocypus olens) seen whilst I was out for a lunchtime wander at Inverness Campus. Common species, that can give a very painful bite if it feels threatened. Fierce predator that's beneficial to have around the garden, as it attacks all sorts of garden pests. Some information about them, here.
