Winsor chapel .

The last journey for the late Queen. There was a lovely service and then the crown was taken from the coffin & put on the alter . The Orb & Septa was taken to the alter also. Then the Lord Chamberlain removed the Rod broke it & the 2 halves were put on the coffin, next came the Queens colours which The King put on the coffin also. Gradually the coffin disappeared down into the crypt when the family had a private service of comital .
