Our first long journey in the new electric car which was not without its tensions given our inexperience in planning and managing public EV charging points. But we made it there and back and deposited Strider in his new Uni Year 3 home, which is the nicest yet. Also had some lunch in Wagamama’s followed by American pancakes and coffee.

Job done. But already missing him. Empty nesters again …
