Once home I weeded the patio, well, part of it. No mean feat as the slabs have to be lifted to get the grass out. A mixture of normal grass and mares tails and other weeds. It’s looking better but not finished. Just ran out of steam. Alan weeded the front shingle and painted the doorstep .
Then I picked 2 small buckets of unripe figs which will not ripen now and have to be removed. That’s in addition to the 2 buckets at the weekend. Lots more to come off
I made apple sauce for us and soup for the cafe tomorrow.
Both of us showered and clean and now relaxing.
