Chop chop

Living with women from Japan and South Korea has whipped my chop stick skills into action. They kindly still give me an 'emergency fork' but naming it that means there's no way I'd cave in so easily.

Noodles are ok, rice is a slow grain by grain process.

Myong He cooked a South Korean potato noodle salad tonight with a type of Korean omelette - flour, egg and shredded courgette.

Long gone are the days of a packet of kettle chips for dinner - now going round the world in 4 dishes!
