Chinese Plum Sauce
I have had a strong reaction to the Covid vaccination booster feeling muzzy headed, with aching limbs and painful joints all day. Hopefully it will pass quickly and won't last until tomorrow.
I did manage to make three jars of Chinese Plum Sauce from 1kg of plums however, although it seemed to take for ever with several long breaks. I was also successful in avoiding all national media all day. I will be glad when the country returns to normal and allows the Royal Family to grieve alone.
