A different food post ....

Back blipping ... again ... from the week in Sait Gervais Les Bains.

I had a wonderful Monday morning walk with Vera then came back to the flat. Neil and I did some work then went for a quick trip up to the Ski lift at Bettex to admire the Mont Blanc:
Then we rushed back to meet Jo in town.

We had a great meeting and planned the next few days shooting.
Jo had to go and wr wondered if we would go for dinner instead of continuing our bred, cheese and wine feasts at the house.

We got a table at Le Galeta and it was AMAZING!
We went for the set menu with the mIn called Le Délice de Aravis!
A stove to melt the cheese, a lot of reblochon cheese and a plate of charcuterie ... accompanied by an amazing bottle of local vine ...
It was so good that we booked in again for Saturday evening - our last night!
