Out from the undergrowth
Bean came out of the bushes bearing cobwebs and bits of leafage during today’s walk. She’d hurtled into the long grass after a rabbit and took many minutes to emerge. Panting and happy.
I’ve been steadily working my way through quite a few jobs in the garden, expecting any moment to be driven indoors by thunder-fuelled rain. Heavy black clouds have come and gone all day, but it has remained dry Chez Mima. As a result I got everything on my list done, plus a few more things. Very satisfactory.
