Hare...going the wrong way... again!

Gorgeous weather today, sunny & calm....Went for a walk after school on the path to the moors, just fab!

Lapwing calling & doing acrobatics, curlew, wheatear galore, pied wags, swallows, scenery, peace.... :)

Walking, birding, binocs & cameras mean it's fine to talk to random strangers that you meet doing similar. This eve got chatting to a couple of guys, small world, into birds, crossness at current environmental politics & then when I said I used to be a prof muso....so did one of them...mutual friends etc etc...
