Time to stretch the legs

Having watched some of the Queen’s funeral Jet needed a walk. We decided on a local walk along the valley. 

Forestry work is being undertaken and whilst some thinning was required the tracked vehicles used really make a mess of the wood. 

Out in the field I managed to spot a dragonfly flitting about. It settled long enough for a quick snap before it was up and off again. Despite its tatty wings I was delighted to capture my first Dragonfly of the year.
