Cocktails At The Beach Bar

It was very windy today but we decided to stick our plan of going to the beach this afternoon. Our nearest is Glyfada beach, about 15 minutes in the car.

The waves were pretty big, but the water was lovely and warm. We had taken masks and had so much fun messing about in the waves. Sitting on the beach was another matter as we all got a good sand blasting! We all felt like we deserved the cocktails at the beach bar when we had finished.

This evening we went back to our local taverna as the food was good, service friendly and it was a nice easy walk away. It was Eldest and J’s last night as they head back tomorrow whilst Sush, Mr Kit and I have until Thursday before we leave.
