Perhaps next year

We had a lovely trip out today to Hidcote manor and to Kiftsgate.  I would love to replicate this border in my own garden next year.. what joyous colour.  Both gardens were looking a little summer worn and very dry but that is not surprising after the summer we have had and at least there was a fair bit of colour around unlike in my garden!!

Weary tonight and glad of another quiet day at home tomorrow
