Magnolia Stellata

Its been so hectic at work so this is all I could come up with today, and not with the macro lens either; just a quick blip with the compact which is always in my bag, and oh! what a shame it was to have missed the gorgeous weather. Hope it stays around for the weekend.

After work T and I went round to visit Roy (our lovely friend with the porcine aorta repair) - He is looking so much better and it was a joy to hear him telling his great stories again; he's not up to playing his musical instruments yet but is going to band rehearsal tonight just to listen. He'll come with me on Sunday too, hopefully.
