Steam - Swindon

Today we were treated to a visit to the Steam museum in Swindon by our daughter and family. It was a brilliant day with a lovely lunch. This museum appealed to all ages. Simulated steam train driving and signal box operation were two highlights. I took many photos but this one of Princess Elizabeth visiting Swindon’s works seemed the most appropriate on the eve of The Queen’s State Funeral.
