Family get together

I spent the day in knutsford to have a family get together as 3 members of the family who have/having birthdays within 3 weeks.
Em had planned a “wim Hoff” style “treat”
for everyone, Breathing and ice baths experience. It’s supposed to be very good for you in lots of ways especially for your endorphins. I’m quite happy with state of my endorphins so was more than happy to entertained the youngest grandkids and hand out warm towels to the lunatics sorry, happy participants, participating!
My main the beautiful Cheshire countryside, extra a bunch of lunatics in an Ice bath, ie some of my family x
