The last Her Majesty Duty

Since 2016, shortly after we adopted Junior, Official Duties in Lincoln Cathedral for Mrs C have been a constant in her duties as Station Commander at RAF Scampton and now RAF Cranwell. Today's Service in Lincoln Cathedral to commemorate the life of HM Queen Elizabeth II was a complete privilege to be part of, the last Official Duty that we shall attend where HM means Her Majesty. As the Service Family and Service Links to events within the Cathedral have established, our son has grown from our 'not so little' boy into a young man. Our journey is experienced, processed and remembered fondly.
