New Cafe

I was able to put in an hour at my desk before having a jaunt out, driving G to school and back. My picture is of a unique piece that stands at the entrance of a new French Cafe that opened a month ago. I haven't been in The Mall for so long I walked around to see what else has changed!

Home for the rest of the day, following coverage of the Queen's lying in state on TV when not at my desk. Those queues. I am in awe. Growing up in Dubai, where you rarely have to queue, it is mind boggling. EXPO 2020 was the first time I saw people actually queuing in Dubai.
