Two Hundred Up... and still going ...

As this is my 200th blip, I felt I had to celebrate in some way as I have been very impressed by some of the creative blipday images of other blippers. Apart from all the positive support that I have received from other blippers, perhaps the most important thing that blipfoto has done for me is to push me to try new techniques and to try and create very different images. Learning from others' images and and being encouraged to try similar techniques is the crucial aspect of Blipfoto for me.

Certainly there is no way I would have probably tried water droplet photography had I not felt there was a need to try something very different and to realise that there might be an audience out there who would enjoy, support and sustain my efforts. There are many other techniques I have tried and enjoyed including macro photography but this is the one that has challenged me the most.

So I thought I ought to include some elements of water droplet photography in my 200th blipday image. Thank you all for your continued interest and constant stimulus !!

Apologies to those who have caught the 'photo society' aspect of me where my positive comments have been laced with some criticism. Its very hard to change into a different sort of animal overnight.
