Have survived the day ;-)

... here I am, at the end of 'The Edinburgh Kiltwalk' (some +13miles), having already completed a 54-minute, 10K race earlier in the morning: really pleased with my time from the run, and the kiltwalk was great fun!

And there's even still time to sponsor me - all the funds raised will go to the Edinburgh Union Canal Society :-)

Not doing much else tonight, that's for sure!
