Goats Cheese Factory

South of the geological feature known as El Torcal is this rather grand goats cheese factory.  El Torcal is reflected in the windows of the factory. It has been a lovely day with spectacular skies (see the extra) and a breeze, perfect for walking.

Goat farmers are numerous in this area of Andalucia and the milk and cheese is of a high quality. The factory was  built just seven years ago with the aim of stimulating the rural economy.
