Fresh Air and a Sea Breeze

A nice lie in this morning.

Met my friend Rachel and her dog, Dewi, for a nice wander around Kenfig Pool this morning.  It got quite cold when the clouds came across.  But good to get out, get some fresh air and a sea breeze.

A bit of studying this afternoon for a course I'm doing.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A good lie in
2.  Delicious homemade rosemary bread for toast this morning
3.  A good walk around Kenfig Pool
4.  My friendship with Rachel and her dog, Dewi
