Beer Central 22

Kicked off the birthday week off with a visit to Beer Central Festival, and it was a bit flippin' brilliant! Jack, Kie, Rich and I got tickets for the afternoon 'Saturday Social' session, I sampled 12 beers (almost all of which I really liked!) and we had a lovely time chatting and befriending the photographer there (he looked like our buddy Phil, so we told him that XD). After a quick stop at Kilder, we headed over to The Karczma to meet Sarah & Jay for some absolutely delicious Polish nosh; I had a scrummy chicken liver paté with toast to start, followed by beef stew served in a huge potato pancake (cor blimey!) We rounded out the night at Sommar and Colmore. Lovely stuff!
