Coastguard Cottages, Cuckmere Haven

The iconic English scene, taken on a stroll across the Sussex Wildlife Trust's Seaford Head Nature Reserve before a concert by the Corelli Ensemble in South Hill Barn as part of the Celebrate Cuckmere Haven art exhibition.

Today's 'Extras' show a closer view of the Haven taken from the beach, with more of an 'action shot' of the fisherman standing strategically on the shingle spit where the Cuckmere River enters the sea; and the dramatic sunset visible over Seaford and Newhaven as we left the concert at around 19:30.
