Shrewsbury

I took a tour of Shrewsbury library today. It used to be Shrewsbury School (Charles Darwin was a pupil in1818-1825). Very interesting tour with parts of the building dating back to 1400’s.
This was the view from one of the north facing windows with a view of the part of the town, the castle and just peeping above the chimneys the tower of the station.
