King Pink Protea

We’ve had a fantastic day. The concert was a smash hit and Julian has improved a lot and this time excelled himself, he was beaming from ear to ear as he thrilled himself I think!!  It was in a really great small bar run by musicians for musicians and was the perfect place for our guys ; ). It was a bit squishy and because I was busy being the videographer for Julian I didn’t manage to get any actual photos!! 

It didn’t start until midday so we went for a cup of tea and a cake on the way and around there we passed these beautiful King Pink Protea flowers, only $8 each which I thought was cheap and wanted a couple but also didn’t want to have to leave them in the boot of the car for most of the afternoon. In extras at the same place were bunches of sunflowers which were very desirable too!! 

We headed to Julians for dinner late this afternoon and I’ve only just arrived home - 9.30pm and am totally ready to fall completely in a heap, a good heap that is ; ).  Catch up tomorrow dear blippers : )xxxx
