Tasty bowl of Salmorejo

Lunchtime on the last day of Spanish holiday. This cold soup is a delicious blended combination of olive oil, vinegar, bread, tomatoes and garlic, topped with pieces of boiled egg and jamon. Perfect when the weather's hot so probably not one for back in Edinburgh!
