Sitting Duckling

The number of ladies who walk is growing - eight of us this morning - not bad for a 7.30 start.

As there was a blue sky and sun - even at that time - I ignored the adage about not casting a clout 'til May is out and walked without hat gloves or coat - for the first time this year.

Spotted this duckling when we were feeding the ducks on Coppice Pond - one of only three we've seen this year.
