Bubble wrap

In Reading today and the station is having a make over, here and Birmingham redevelopments adding some architectural interest to my journeys.
The ceiling of the platform seems to be made up of large bubble wrap, not sure my I phone has captured it but I'm desperate to see if I could pop it.
New station is just what Reading needed... Massive grey metal structure alongside grey concrete town centre office buildings, but it is an improvement nonetheless
