the day started with a visit to Gobowen hospital for my autumn covid booster…..i’m very happy to have been given the moderna version……i was told to expect a sore arm and feel grotty tomorrow…..hope not because i am going for a family dinner at my son’s…….

later came the food shop and a lazy afternoon to finish my book….

dinner was stirfried vegs with hoisin sauce..very yummie
