Baking
It's still rainy and I decided to bake a pie of homegrown blackcurrant. I need help in whipping because of physical constraints. We always use a devive in baking. This time, when waiting for help, I decided to try to do whipping by hand to see if I'm able to do it. I belong to the generation which is used to have devices helping in many activities. Of course my mother whipped by hand when I was a child, but I don't remember how the egg-sugar whipped by hand should look like. At least I had bubbles and the pie looks like a pie. However, I guess froth should have been a bit thicker also as handmade, shouldn't it:)
